How do I access the patient portal?

Your practice verifies your identity and provides a private invitation. Existing members can sign in at app.clubmedrx.com. Contact the practice if you need a new invitation or help recovering access.

Can I request hormone testing?

You can ask your care team for a testing consultation through the portal. Your clinician decides which tests are appropriate. A request does not place a laboratory order.

Can I track medications and deliveries?

The portal shows medications reviewed and released by your clinician. Delivery details appear when the care team adds a shipment, with a carrier link when tracking is available.

Where do I find pricing and membership information?

Visit the practice’s Visits & Membership page or ask the team about current options. Your portal can display shared invoices and membership records. Payments and changes are arranged with your care team.
